What the heck is recycl ABLE???

Recycling is pretty simple. If you've used it, don't just throw it away.  The term "recyclable" has crept into the lexicon of product salespeople who are slyly making you think there's something "eco-friendly" about the product.  Don't be fooled. The vast majority of materials (with a few specific exceptions in the case of some kinds of plastics) are completely capable of being recycled or upcycled !! Of course, compostables are another matter.......
